2. Order Processing & Shipping
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Shipping times vary (typically 10-30 business days). Delays due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
  • Tracking information may not always be available for certain shipments.
3. Returns & Refunds (Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Distance Selling Regulations)
3.1 Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
  • Under UK law, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel an order without reason.
  • However, customized, perishable, or sealed goods (hygiene reasons) are exempt from this right.
  • Promotional/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty due to our error.

  • No refunds for change of mind after 14 days.

    • Shipping delays.
    • Products damaged in transit (unless proven to be our fault).
    • Incorrect orders due to customer-provided shipping details.
